Distance Sales Agreement

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer on the Seller’s website, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, sale price and payment method of the product are as stated in the order summary. Prices include VAT.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered by courier to the address given by the Buyer in the order form, within the legal period of 30 days from payment confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. However, pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose packaging, tape, seal or other protective elements have been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons.

6. Disputes

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
