Delivery Terms

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is shipped with our partner courier within 1-3 business days. Your tracking number is sent by SMS/email and can also be viewed on the Track Order page.

We deliver to all provinces of Türkiye. Delivery times may be longer during public holidays and campaign periods.

Please check the package on delivery and do not accept damaged packages without having the courier record a report.
